System for Personnel Evaluation "Supervision"

“Supervision” decision-making support system (DSS) is intended for evaluating the work of employees according to quantitative criteria. Personnel evaluation according to a hierarchy of criteria (conducted individually for each employee) is used in the specified DSS. In order to build criteria hierarchies, competent experts from this subject area are involved.
“Supervision” system is a universal one, since it allows consideration of specific features, characterizing the given establishment’s activity, based on criteria hierarchy built by experts, and it is intended for evaluating the activity of employees in establishments of different levels, scales and industries, as well as evaluating the activity of organizational units in these establishments.
